Maintenance Technician Assistant (Apartment Turns & Interior Repairs)

Join our exceptional maintenance team at The Palms Apartments! This position focuses primarily on apartment turns and interior repairs , helping prepare homes for new residents. It's a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance or construction experience who wants to grow in the apartment maintenance field. We provide EPA Universal Certification training in-house -and pay you while you complete it.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual ability is a plus
