C-Life Group is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing New York City team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in wholesale apparel sales, merchandising, or account management while gaining exposure to major retail partners across the country.

In this role, you'll work closely with an experienced Sales Executive, supporting customer accounts, retailer meetings, product samples, order management, and sales operations. You'll get a firsthand look at how apparel products move from concept to retail shelves while developing the skills needed to grow within the organization.

Partner with a Sales Executive to support retailer accounts and daily sales activities
Prepare samples, presentations, reports, and materials for buyer meetings
Organize and maintain product samples in the showroom
Track orders, inventory, sales reports, and point-of-sale data
Assist with order entry, product tracking, and sample management
Maintain and organize sales information using Excel and other business systems
Jump in wherever needed to support a fast-paced, collaborative team

Interest in fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer products
Customer-service mindset and positive attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

1-2 years of experience in apparel wholesale, sales support, merchandising, retail, customer service, or a related field

• Experience working with product samples, inventory, or order management
• Exposure to wholesale apparel or retail environments
• Recent graduates looking to start a career in fashion, apparel, or sales

Retail, customer service, or merchandising professionals interested in transitioning into wholesale apparel
