Head of Sales Management

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales teams. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching technicians, improving customer experience, and achieving revenue goals across multiple service lines.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience in a home services industry who thrives on developing people, building accountability, and creating a culture focused on growth, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $200,000 annually including bonus + commission.

Candidates with residential Plumbing, HVAC, or home service sales will be given first consideration.

Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve revenue and performance goals.

Strong understanding of service sales, memberships, financing, and customer experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience analyzing KPIs and using data to improve team performance.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Lead, coach, and develop technicians to consistently achieve sales and customer service goals.

Drive revenue growth by managing key performance indicators including average ticket, close rate, memberships, financing, and overall sales performance.

Monitor daily and weekly sales metrics, identify trends, and implement coaching strategies to improve results.

Conduct ride-alongs, in-field coaching, and ongoing sales training focused on customer communication, option-based selling, and closing techniques.

Partner with Dispatch, Customer Service, and Operations teams to maximize booked calls, lead conversion, and scheduling efficiency.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-performing technicians while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and protecting long-term customer relationships.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
