Prep - 3rd Shift

The Concessions Prep will support the Back of the House Team Lead in fulfilling the daily requirements of the kitchen for events. Make product available at all Food & Beverage stands throughout events. Ensure company standards are met such as quality of product and cleanliness. Communicate product levels and equipment problems. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Concession Prep are responsible for preparing all the hot food items. They are also responsible for restocking the hot food stands once they are depleted.

Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of kitchen experience; Will have proven work history of above average work performance

Proven guest service skills are required.

Must be comfortable with heights and heavy lifting due to stocking of work areas.

The ability to handle multiple tasks, and display excellent internal and external customer service is essential.

Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
