Description Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with account inquiries and electronic banking services via telephone, email, and other digital channels. Support customers with account maintenance while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with bank policies.
Primary Duties /Responsibilities: Assist customers with deposit accounts, online and mobile banking, debit cards, ACH services, wire transfers, stop payments, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Support electronic banking services and troubleshoot customer issues.
Issue and maintain debit cards.
Process customer requests accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to meet customer needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of customer service experience; banking or financial services experience preferred.
Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer service. Knowledge of deposit accounts, online banking, ACH, and debit card services helpful.
