As a Registered Nurse in the Trauma Center, Emergency Department , you will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient care to patients of all ages and acuities. Emergency Care : Provide fast, compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide variety of illnesses, injuries, and trauma in a high-acuity, high-volume environment.

Prioritization : Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively, ensuring patient safety and timely interventions.

Collaboration : Work with a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for trauma patients.

Provide clear communication to patients and families, ensuring they understand their care plan and expected outcomes.

Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety protocols, including those defined by the Texas Nurse Practice Act .

Handle the unpredictable pace and intensity of the Emergency Department with calm and urgency.

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or BSN).

Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced nurses in emergency, trauma, or critical care settings.

Self-Initiative : Ability to contribute actively to emergency department flow and throughput.

Be able to adjust care delivery in response to rapidly changing patient needs.

Professionalism : Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hospital decorum at all times.
