Job Title: Experienced Physician and Healthcare Recruiter | Clinical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Coaching
Join Baltimore Medical System (BMS), Maryland’s largest federally qualified health center, where we believe in healthcare with dignity—empowering patients and strengthening our community through dedicated medical professionals.
This position offers primary care and community health opportunities at the Belair-Edison Family Health Center in East Baltimore, providing comprehensive, preventative care for all ages as part of the primary care medical team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; late shift every Monday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Open to new graduate residents
Student loan repayment options available through the National Health Services Corps (NHSC)
Medical Doctor Degree
Board Certification in Family Medicine within 3 years of residency
Newly trained residents are encouraged to apply

BMS is a community-based nonprofit providing primary and behavioral health services across five community health centers and eight school-based clinics in the Greater Baltimore area.
