This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm

As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll contribute to a community's well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients

Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development

Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more

Successful completion of Florida state pharmacy board examination

Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Florida

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

CSP Certification (Certified Specialty Pharmacist) or willingness to obtain

Specialty pharmacy experience

Experience working in patient-centered care environments

Experience with patient platform management and specialty medication workflows

This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
