Teller-Temporary-Full Time/Part Time

Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes a positive financial well-being. Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals for internal and external sales to existing and potential members. Build rapport with members to cross-sell financial products and services that deepen relationships and fosters branch growth while adhering to credit union policy and procedures. Accurately and efficiently process a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests. Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.

Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am – 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at ourGolden Valley branch location; High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit of with a specified end date).

One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.

One year of cash handling experience, preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $19.75 per hour. Health insurance with the ability to choose which plan option is best for you – a Traditional Health Plan or Health Savings Plan.
