As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensuring food presentation, taste, and temperature meet expectations
Following dietary and nutritional requirements for residents
Maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen
Assisting with meal service and dishwashing as needed
Engaging with residents to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
Supporting a welcoming and hospitality-driven culture that contributes to resident satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent required
Culinary degree preferred
At least one year of cooking experience in a restaurant, senior living community, or similar setting
Passion for hospitality and serving others
Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer service
