As a Technical Program Manager, your job is to ensure the Sentinel ICBM propulsion systems meet warfighter requirements through 2075. As a Technical Program Manager, you provide the technical oversight necessary to modernize our nation's strategic deterrent.
You will serve as a technical expert providing guidance and oversight across the acquisition lifecycle—from planning and development through testing and sustainment—to ensure the success of the program's propulsion systems.
Risk & Execution: Conduct technical risk assessments, evaluate schedule impacts, and support Integration and Test (I&T) activities.
Partner with customers and prime contractors to align design phases with project requirements and present reports to stakeholders.
An experienced Mechanical or Systems Engineer who is a high-energy collaborator, loves a technical "deep dive," and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

An accredited Bachelor or Master of Science in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field.

• The ability to achieve and maintain a US DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must be eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• Familiarity with solid rocket motor design, production and testing including flight testing.
• Familiarity with Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis including development and assessment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders through presentations, meeting, or reports.
