Holland Sharpe is a growing recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, and leadership hiring. We\'re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our recruiting team.
What You\'ll Do Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
Build relationships with job seekers throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates and clients
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within our CRM
Work closely with our sales team to fill client openings
What We\'re Looking Fo Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable making outbound calls every day
Organized with strong follow-up skills
Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
Sales, recruiting, customer service, or manufacturing experience is a plus
