Everhome is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in the West Bloomfield area on a PRN basis.

What You’ll Be Doing Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
Completing admissions, routine visits, and recertifications
Educating patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence
Building meaningful patient relationships through personalized care
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For Active Michigan RN license
Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
