Description

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
Collaborate with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and case managers, to maximize patient outcomes
Provide education to patients and their families on treatment objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress following facility and regulatory standards
Engage in interdisciplinary care team meetings and discussions to ensure seamless patient care
Education
~ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
State licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist
CPR certification is preferred
Specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory
Skills
Previous clinical experience is highly preferred
