Cashier (Evening)

The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Chuck E. Cheese to find qualified candidates for a Cashier in Staten Island, New York. Cheese is a family entertainment and dining company dedicated to creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for children and families. Cashiers help provide exceptional guest service in a positive, energetic environment while supporting daily operations, including food service, entertainment, and customer interactions. The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, processing food and beverage orders, and accurately handling cash, credit card, and digital transactions. This role assists customers with questions, promotes a positive guest experience, maintains a clean and organized work area, follows cash-handling and food safety procedures, and works collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. Process customer orders and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Answer guest questions and provide information about menu items, games, and promotions
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Must have at least 6 months of work experience in customer service, cashier, food service, or a related role.
Must have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate a POS system.
Ability to follow company policies, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards.
