As a trusted partner to brokers, loan originators, and correspondents, our mission is to deliver an efficient, high-quality mortgage experience to every customer. Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals
Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM and scripts
Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines
Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Training will be provided upon need.
High school diploma or equivalent required
