Job Description Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and production positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
Support hiring processes from initial contact through the offer stage.
Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Position Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Proven experience recruiting within the staffing industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
