Recruiter - TEMPORARY POSITION

Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the staffing needs of the organization. Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and community partners.

Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job postings, and networking events.

Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Participation in community networking events and job fairs.
