As a part of our team, you'll be engaged in a variety of fulfilling tasks that include:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient settings, and crafting personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
Applying evidence-based physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
Collaborating with an array of professionals—including nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists—to ensure optimal care and outcomes for every patient.
Educating patients and their families about therapies, discharge planning, and helpful exercises to conduct at home.
Diligently documenting evaluations and treatment progress in adherence with regulatory standards and facility guidelines.
Participating actively in interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds to uphold a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
To qualify for this role, we require:

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution.
A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
CPR certification, preferred but not mandatory.
Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are welcomed, but not essential.
Ideal candidates will possess:
