It’s every one of us working together.We offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together.ESSENTIAL DUTIESManage upkeep of trash in all factory areas including production floor, break room, smoking areas, storage, and office areasManage cleaning supplies and inventoryUse approved cleaning materialsFollow cleaning protocols and make recommendations for improvementInspect for vandalism and illegal entry; report hazardous or unusual conditionsClean restrooms including floors, walls, fixtures, appliances and mirrors; restock suppliesWash walk and eating areas; clean drinking fountains; make emergency clean-upsComplete emergency clean ups as needed per AIB standards and company policies in accurate and timely mannerAssist in training third party vendors in expectationsJOB SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or GED required.Experience in an industrial cleaning in a food contact or food manufacturing company. Ability to communicate; reading and writing comprehension. Ability to follow directions.Requires near and far acuity vision. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with others.Standing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, bending, reaching, pulling for 8+ hours shift. Lifting required up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day.Tasks are performed in a production or warehouse environment which includes noise and moving equipment.Join us.
