The Inventory specialist will work under limited supervision, and is responsible for tracking all inventory, quality control of inbound material(s), monitoring climate of storage areas, and many other tasks required to ensure our product is received and stored to company standards. This position requires a passion for quality control, excellent time‑management skills, and ERP systems experience. Monitoring inventory physical location as well as location in inventory control systems

Build strong relationships throughout the site, including other departments and employees

Ensure inbound product receipt meets company quality standards

Records and monitors batch & tracking information across multiple systems

Assist with product inventory

Other duties as assigned – assist in trim or pack if inventory duties are completed for the time being

Minimum of 1 year cannabis industry experience

Able to identify common issues with processed cannabis flower, and assess quality

Excellent computer and mathematics skills, data analysis; experience working in Microsoft Excel required

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills

Willingness to become forklift certified.
