Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and recommendations
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts
• Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations and a positive environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) are a plus
