As a Prep Cook , you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchen is stocked with fresh, high-quality ingredients that allow our team to deliver exceptional food to every guest.

• Many of our Shift Leaders, Associate Managers, and General Managers started in the kitchen. As a Prep Cook , you'll be the backbone of our kitchen by preparing the fresh ingredients our guests expect every day.

Wash, cut, slice, dice, and portion fresh vegetables and fruits
Label, rotate, and store food using FIFO inventory practices
Stock prep stations and kitchen areas for daily service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area
Operate knives and kitchen equipment safely
Assist with deliveries, inventory organization, and product rotation
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards

Previous prep cook, kitchen prep, food preparation, or restaurant experience is a plus-but we'll train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
