Barback - Service Bar

Join the Palmyre Bar team, where excellence in mixology meets unparalleled service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to take on the crucial role of Bar Back, contributing to the smooth operation of our upscale cocktail lounge.

Support the bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and organized workspace.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, alerting the bar staff when supplies need replenishing.

Execute opening and closing duties to contribute to the overall efficiency of daily operations.

Previous experience in a bar back or similar support role is preferred.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items, including kegs and cases of beverages.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a well-organized bar area.

Team player with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the bar staff.
