Accurately perform all processes related to inventory flow throughout transfers, work orders, kitting, cycle counts, etc.

Identify and investigate variances, analyze results, review discrepancies, and notify department supervisors or managers of inventory discrepancies (picking errors, shortages, putaway concerns, replenishment errors, etc.).

Monitor and log non‑conforming returns via Sales Force, executing dispositions.

Execute RA/QA quality movements/holds, including verifying, segregating, and returning stock where applicable.

Ensure that inventory is stored in appropriate product status or SLOC.

Participate in process flow evaluation and improvements to optimize inventory slotting for efficient flow, and support identification and implementation of such improvements.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in warehousing/distribution with an emphasis on inventory control preferred or equivalent knowledge.

Ability to work mandatory overtime hours when required to support business needs.

Strong organizational and follow‑through skills with initiative and drive in tight schedules and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Working knowledge of WMi and SAP systems with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.

Proficient in data entry and organization.

Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerBI, Showcase reporting and review; additional software skills a plus.

Ability to operate material handling equipment.
