Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. We’re resourceful, proactive and creative. Executing with precision and pace will help both other team members and the business succeed.Responsibilities:Listen to the CustomerDeliver exceptional service by understanding guests’ preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.Train new servers to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.Food and BeverageAll issued training testing throughout employmentRequirements & Minimum QualificationsCurrent food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employmentMinimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environmentAvailable to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidaysAble to stand and/ or walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessaryAuthorized to legally work in the USServer Compensation & Benefits:Hourly pay of #$2.13 plus tipsAbility to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.Flight Club is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
