Research fellow - and biology

Responsibilities Independently develop and execute experiments in relevant models
Interpret translational data, generate reports, and present findings
Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality data to support key decisions
Design study plans, SOPs, templates, validation reports, and other relevant documentation
Maintain laboratory instruments, reagents, consumables, and perform routine laboratory tasks
Qualifications BS/MS in Immunology or Cell Biology
3+ years hands‑on experience as a laboratory technician in a pharmaceutical setting
Required/Preferred Skills & Experience Extensive experience with molecular biology techniques, including CRISPR gene editing, ELISA, MSD, and flow cytometry
Prior experience working with human samples (blood, solid tissue) and primary cell cultures
Ability to maintain timely and detailed notes using an electronic lab notebook
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism
Excellent interpersonal skills; willingness to learn new techniques and biological approaches
Ability to work in a matrixed team and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
