Louis County (Florissant, Bellefontaine & nearby areas)Schedule: Days | Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMCompensation: $68,640 – $98,280 / year (based on experience and qualifications) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to make a real difference in patients' lives? We're seeking a dedicated full-time RN to join our team and provide personalized, in-home care. Transform Lives: Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care that align with physician orders and patient goals.

Empower Recovery: Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, disease education, and preventive interventions to promote safety and independence at home.

Provide comprehensive education to patients and families on treatment plans, medications, symptom management, and self-care techniques.

Continuously reassess patient status, monitor changes in condition, and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes.

Work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care across the continuum.

Assess home environments, identify safety risks, and recommend appropriate modifications, equipment, or resources.

Maintain Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (Required).

Active Missouri Registered Nurse License or Compact License in good standing (Required).

Registration with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry (Required).

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Weekend rotation approximately every 4th weekend.
• 4 to 6 on-call nights per month.
• Holiday requirements: Louis County, focusing on Florissant, Bellefontaine, and nearby communities.
