Caregiver- Companion Care Weekends

As a Special Caregiver for Outreach Health, you are responsible for helping clients that are disabled or elderly by serving as a back-up Caregiver in instances where the permanent caregiver is unable to provide services to the client(s). The Special Caregiver is a positive leader and mentor, torchbearer for company values, and will represent Outreach Health with integrity in the community.

The Special Caregiver will be expected to adhere to Outreach's workplace values. Must have a minimum of 6 months working experience as a caregiver, or enrolled in a vocational education program, and/or be a certified

Nursing Assistant

• Must be flexible to service several different clients a day
• Must be able to work with limited supervision and on weekends and holidays
• Must comply with applicable healthcare laws and statues (local, state, and/or federal); Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
