External Liaison

Hospital Liaison - Health Care Marketing Nurse

Responsible region would include our facilities in Barnegat and Galloway NJ.

Increase census through cultivating relationships with multiple referral sources including hospitals, LTACs, ALs, ILs, and the community at large

Assess patients and work to build relationships with area hospital case managers, social workers and physicians

Attend hospital meetings, coalition meetings, and networking meetings to grow brand awareness

Reflect the quality of care and services provided, including on-site short-term, respite, and long-term care in our skilled nursing facility

Ability to utilize both local and company resources in the execution of job responsibilities

Must have the ability to network at all levels with strong drive, apassion for success, and aproven track record of census growth and development
