Desert Valley Pediatrics has been a trusted cornerstone of pediatric care in the West Valley since 1987. As a well-established, physician-led practice with a strong reputation for quality and compassion, we continue to grow and are seeking dynamic, patient-focused BC/BE Pediatricians to join our team. With 25 providers across 5 locations , we proudly serve families throughout the West Valley suburbs of Phoenix. Light call schedule – evening call approximately 1:14

Minimal weekend call – only 2–3 weekends per year

No inpatient responsibilities – newborn nursery only

Consistent home clinic – providers are assigned a primary location with minimal travel required for coverage needs

We’re looking for a pediatrician who is compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
