Human Resources Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid Work Environment)
Duration: One Year Contract
Overview: IRG Clients is seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated Human Resources Specialist to support our transactions, employee relations, and administrative teams. This role requires strong customer service skills to assist both internal and external customers and will focus on data reporting, research, transaction processing, and electronic file management.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and upload employee files into the electronic filing system.
Generate and run HR-related reports on a weekly basis.
Assist in completing security forms and onboarding processes.
Conduct research regarding employee prior service records.
Monitor HR inboxes, route emails, and ensure timely responses.
Enter HR transactions into Edison.
Support performance management activities during the July cycle.
Provide assistance with various HR projects as needed.
Act as a backup for the administrative team.
Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
