Litigation Paralegal Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in state and federal court filings, calendaring deadlines and court appearances, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including trial preparation. Prepare, file, and manage legal documents in both state and federal courts.

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including document organization, exhibit preparation, and case research.
• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials.
• Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
