As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs), you’ll be at the heart of our product development process. Your designs will become the backbone of systems that must perform without fail—whether in the depths of space, the heat of a jet engine, or the precision of a medical device. You won’t just be designing boards—you’ll be shaping the performance, reliability, and future of our technology.

Lead the design and development of CCAs and PWBs from concept through production release.

Create detailed schematics, layouts, and documentation using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers to ensure designs meet performance, manufacturability, and cost targets.

Perform component selection, signal integrity analysis, and power distribution design for high-reliability applications.

Oversee prototype builds, conduct design reviews, and support troubleshooting during integration and testing.

Ensure compliance with IPC standards, EMI/EMC requirements, and applicable military or aerospace specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

~Strong background in circuit design and power electronics, including switch-mode power supply design, battery systems, and Li-Po battery management

SPICE, LTSpice) and hands-on lab testing/troubleshooting with oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment

Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronics (e.g., PCB fabrication, soldering, assembly)
