Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts/week
Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kentucky or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments in the telemetry unit
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions
serve as mentor and preceptor to new nurses
Promote teamwork and participate in quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in Practice Governance
