Seeking a Business Analyst to support a claims transformation initiative, including documenting current-state processes, assisting with future-state design, and coordinating system configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.
Document current-state claims processes, workflows, and business requirements.
Coordinate with the claims system vendor on configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
Track requirements, decisions, issues, and project deliverables.
Assist with user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with insurance claims operations.
Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
Experience supporting system implementations is preferred.
