Appetite stimulants, Aspiration safety, Assess Fluid Status, Cachexia, Develop Plan of Treatment, Dietary Guidelines, Dysphagia, Enteral Nutrition (tube feedings), Fluid Balance, Intake and Output, Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments, Skilled Nursing (SNF), Therapeutic Diet Orders, Older Adult
Shift: 3, 8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
