Client Services Rep - A

While being in this position means you will be on the phones all day, everyday; Position is Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Answer customer questions and establish follows-up with scheduled services
At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Must have strong computer skills and be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously
Position is Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays 10am - 7pm. Training shifts may vary.
