What You\'ll Do & Bring Key Responsibilities Engage with medical, dental, and administrative suppliers to obtain quotes and review product specifications

Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment

Oversee order deliveries and ensure departments receive supplies in accordance with operational needs

Verify received supplies against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records

Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining adequate stock across departments

Conduct inventory counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate equipment repairs, returns, and vendor service requests

Manage equipment and asset tracking through the organization\'s equipment database

Support procurement process improvements, including inventory controls, barcode integration, and storage solutions

Oversee asset tagging and maintain equipment records, warranty information, and repair logs

Collaborate with departments to ensure supplies and equipment are delivered accurately and on time

Serve as a liaison between procurement and operational teams to address purchasing needs and resolve issues

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or procurement processes

Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
