Housekeeping PersonnelHefner Mansions Senior Independent Living Housekeeping personnel are an upfront and hands-on representative of Mansions Senior Living Communities.Housekeepers are responsible for taking care of the building's general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to residents. They have extensive daily interaction with customers and the public on the company's behalf. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.Schedule:Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pmJob Requirements:Must be able to pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Screening and pre-employment Drug TestMust provide valid employment documentsMust have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendanceMust be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, or kneel throughout shift. Customer service: includes professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with residents, visitors, contractors, coworkers and supervisorsMaintain a positive "can-do" attitudeAbility to follow verbal and written instruction with attention to detailsSelf-motivated, able to work with/without supervisionCommunicate politely & professionally with customers, co-workers & supervisorsMaintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, safety and emergency procedures, etc.Essential Job Duties:Must be able to complete assigned tasks in allowed days/timeMust have attention to detailClean vacant apartments for next move-inClean carpets as assignedWeekly housekeeping for occupied apartments; sweep/mop, vacuum, dust, change sheets, make beds, clean kitchen & bathroomsMust be able to work in apartments with petsClean offices, break rooms, common areas, hallways, lobbies, lounges, entrances/exits, public bathrooms, elevators/stairwells/breezeways, etc.Other miscellaneous duties assignedUnderstand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issuesProvide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check outReport cases of property damage in common areas or apartments to supervisorWork with a team of housekeepers on each shiftClean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shiftCompensation and Benefits:Hourly, non-exempt from overtimeEligible for Vacation/Sick Leave after 90daysEmployer matched retirementBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and other voluntary benefits401(k)Paid time offExperience:Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
