Perm-Clinical (Hospital) Pharmacist

This permanent role offers dynamic work across Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care Unit (CCU/ICU), and the antibiotic stewardship team-providing a broader clinical experience than typical positions restricted to a single unit.

Conduct medication order entry, accuracy verification, and review medication profiles to ensure appropriateness.
Deliver clinical services tailored to the specific patient populations within ED and ICU settings.
Monitor drug therapies and manage pharmacist-led consults in accordance with established protocols.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
PGY1 residency or a minimum of three years' clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure.

Variable shifts primarily during daytime hours; 8-hour shifts.
