Compensation: $16-$18 per hour, dependent on experience.

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for:
Using the correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.
Following Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.
Prepare and cook a variety of quality dishes, following Bricktown Brewery's recipes and standards.
Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent flavor, presentation, and portioning.
Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory as-needed.
Set up of kitchen equipment.
Verification of stock.
Cleaning of cooking equipment.
Managing the flow of food orders.
Following sanitation and safety standards.
A qualified applicant must have basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, and the willingness to work with others as a team.
