Quality Control Inspector
Delaware, Ohio Full-Time | First Shift Competitive Pay | Based on Experience Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in the Delaware area. Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards
Inspect products for defects, damage, proper dimensions, labeling, and packaging
Identify and document non-conforming products and quality concerns
Complete quality reports and maintain accurate production records
Communicate with machine operators, supervisors, and management regarding quality issues
Prepare materials for production roll changes as needed
Conduct routine quality audits and inspections throughout the shift
Assist with repack projects and inventory of rejected products
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
1+ years of manufacturing or quality control experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to identify defects and make objective quality decisions Basic math and measurement skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and complete production and quality documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
