Schedule

Full‑time: 5 days, 1:00pm–9:00pm, Monday‑Friday

Full‑time: 4 days of 10‑hour shifts (2 days 11:00am–9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am–6:00pm)

Part‑time: 20 hours per week (eligible for benefits)

Location & Licensure Requirements

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York or New Jersey

Must hold both NY & NJ Medicaid provider numbers

Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments using evidence‑based practices

Provide individual, family, and group counseling/therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients (depression, anxiety, ADD, conduct disorders, etc.)

Maintain clinical documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner

Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to overcome treatment obstacles

Maintain compliance with All company policies and procedures

Respond promptly to urgent or emergent patient needs

Manage a caseload of 15–20 patients weekly and at least 5 patients daily

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work

Minimum of 3,000 hours of post‑master social work experience qualifying for licensure

Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Deep understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health

Knowledge of medical terminology

Strong cultural competency and commitment to patient care

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and licensure)
