Ultrasound Sonographer | Part-Time

Description The registered Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of ultrasound principles. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply non-ionizing, high frequency ultrasonic waves to patients for ultrasound diagnosis. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in assisting with the following OB procedures: chorionic villus sampling (CVS), Percutaneous Umbilical Blood Sampling (PUBS), and amniocentesis.

Experience with electronic medical databases, like Epic.
