REGISTERED NURSE (RN) HOMECARE/HOSPICE

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Home Health RN to confidently care for hospice patients in their homes and in facilities across the Dublin, OH area. You will establish trust with patients and families, delivering comfort and dignity at the end of life while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an active RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with reliable transportation to multiple daily visits.
