Business Operations Manager Onsite - San Francisco, CA (Palo Alto, CA )
Full time
3+ years in operations, business operations, or a logistics/ops role - ideally at a startup, hardware company, or other fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- familiarity with sales tax compliance is a strong plus (we can support you on the specialist pieces).
- Experience coordinating physical logistics, shipping, or inventory/warehouse operations.
- Strong communicator who can work across sales, finance, founders, and external partners.
Experience with hardware-as-a-service, rental, or asset-tracking business models.
Familiarity with multi-state tax compliance tools (e.g., Experience with QuickBooks/NetSuite, contract management, or inventory systems.
