Phlebotomist/Full Time-Flexible Hours- Monday -Friday

Phlebotomist I - Novato, CA, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational Saturday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

26.85 - $30.80 per hour. Salary offers depend on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Eligible for annual performance bonus.

This position requires a state phlebotomy license. Day 1 Medical, supplemental health, dental and vision for full‑time employees who work 30+ hours

Administer oral solutions according to established training.

Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.

Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.

Perform all non‑patient facing duties including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email as appropriate.

Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.

Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.

Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.

Complete online and in‑person training courses timely.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; Work Experience: One year phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.

The position requires effective communication in English.
