Quality InspectorQuality Inspector TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for Quality Inspectors in Highland Park, MI. The rate of pay is $16 per hour.Overall Purpose of the Quality Inspector:Provide quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.Reports to:Site Supervisor/Site LeadersResponsibilities:Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteriaCheck/inspect manufactured parts or products for defectsRead and follow work instructions and general processesUse measuring or testing equipment as neededEnsure products meet quality standardsDisplay excellent customer serviceMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policiesCollect and record dataUtilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgementsAny other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, abilities:Must be able to speak and read in the English languageGood communications skillsMust be able to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle sensitive and confidential materialAbility to walk and stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend, lift, twist and move freelyAbility to periodically lift/move up to 50 poundsMust have reliable transportationValues & attitudes:No experience necessaryAbility to read blueprints a plusEducation background:High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended or comparable work experienceAbout TRIGO Global Quality Solutions:Founded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
