As a Security Guard Part Time Weekends in Lancaster, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.79 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology data center location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building perimeters, access points, parking areas, and critical infrastructure areas, as assigned.
Monitor access activity and verify visitor, contractor, and vendor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence, reporting unusual conditions, and following established escalation procedures.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
